The National Prize for Urban Rehabilitation (PNRU) celebrated its 11th edition this year, at a ceremony in Ajuda National Palace, Lisbon.
In the residential category it won, ex aequo, the rehabilitation of number 88 at Madalena Street, in Lisbon. A markedly Pombaline building promoted by Splendimension, Sicafi, project management by REÚNIA, design by the Bak Gordon Arquitectos studio, construction by Ecociaf and constrution supervision by Norvia Group.
