Quality, environment and safety policy

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY

Conscious of the market demands, NRV is aware of the need to prepare for sustained growth, accomplishment of the management goals, the satisfaction of its customers, its employees and the surrounding environment.

The following principles were established:

1. Always keep in mind the satisfaction of our customers by minimizing the non-conformities and complaints, and ensuring the quality of the services and the accomplishment of lead times;
2. Ensure conditions that guarantee the company's competitively in the market in which it carries out its activity and meet the reliability levels required by customers;
3. Notice and enforce the requirements of the management system, the legal and regulatory requirements, the compliance obligations and other applicable requirements;
4. Enforce an appropriate resource utilization policy, procedures relating to Environmental and OHS applicable issues related to the company's activity, so as to prevent and minimize the risks associated with them;
5. Identification and continuous elimination of hazards, and assessment, control, hierarchical mitigation and risk reduction, for OSH;
6. Contribute to a better environment through proper resource usage policy preventing pollution and minimizing the negative impact in the environment;
7. Undertake the competence of our employees and their professional fulfilment, as a decisive factor in the company's competitively, by providing permanent access to adequate means of training;
8. Enhance the participation and involvement of employees in the decisions and processes of the management system;
9. To be a reference organization in the sector, that continuously and visibly promotes a quality service, the health and safety of all its employees, the safety of property and equipment and environmental protection.
